Thaddeus is another apostle with multiple names used, and very little is recorded about him. He wanted to know why Jesus wasn’t coming back in power to overthrow Rome, as most Jews believed that the Messiah would doing just that. Jesus wanted Thaddeus to love and obey Him. Then the Father will love him as well. Love is the goal.
