Luke 14:1-4
And it came to pass, when He went into the house of a certain one of the rulers of the Pharisees on a Sabbath to eat bread, that they were watching Him. And behold, there was a certain man before Him with dropsy.
And Jesus answered and spoke to the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath [or not]C?”
And they were silent. And taking hold of him, He healed him, and let him go.
And answering them He said, “Which of you, if a donkey or ox falls into a pit, will not immediately pull it up on the Sabbath?”
And again they were not able to answer Him to these things.
