Travels of Jesus

I am still working on my Math Path Extensions, but as I was doing that, I realized that I had started a page about the Travels of Jesus during His three years of ministry. I found a website that had created a map for each of the three years and showed where He and His apostles traveled. I took it a step further and color coded each location showing which Gospel recorded those events.

It was interesting to see that the events that were recorded by John were mostly not recorded in the synoptics. In the first two years, the only one that was mentioned in all 4 was when they recorded that Jesus entered Galilee. There is more overlap in the third year, as well as many more events recorded.

So either John didn’t hang out much with the rest of the disciples, or he didn’t want to rewrite what was told in the first 2 years. So then why more events in the third year?

Check out the theory I’ve discovered in the Travels of Jesus page, as well as Lazarus, Part 3. These two posts go hand in hand, and I may call the Travels of Jesus my Lazarus, Part 4 post.

  1. I know that your on to something here. Because John is the only one that has Jesus flipping the tables in the beginning of his ministry. You should check out ElectedRoyalty.com I have a book on the first page, FREE to DL or View, it is MARY MAGDALENE IS JOHN, GOSPEL & EPISTLES & REVELATION.

    1. I’m having a hard time following the logic, especially when I read in John 21:24 about his testimony. How can that refer to Mary Magdalene? Now if Mary M is the sister of Lazarus, and Kazarus used the name John so he could hide from the Jews who were trying to kill him, then Mary M and Lazarus could have been a team. We just don’t know for sure, but from what the scripture says, it’s possible. I just don’t see Mary M using the name of John to be the actual author…

Your website doesn’t work well on my phone – I haven’t tried it on my PC yet.
