What’s happened since my last post? Lots. Got a new job and a new house. Found a new church, but things happened and found yet another new church. I’m learning a lot about spiritual warfare and the reality of the demonic realm.
I’ve also been watching The Chosen and it’s kind of neat seeing some of the personalities in the Bible come to life. Some people don’t like it – “You can’t add to what the Bible says!” they say. I say just think of it as a visual commentary on the Gospels. I’m pretty sure that most people use some form of commentary when they read the Bible. When you hear a sermon, the Pastor is giving you background and context on what is being read. I don’t think anybody just reads the Bible and gets it, at least the deeper things. Even the simple things have to be explained to some. Even Nicodemus was confused, even when Jesus was talking to him. Nicodemus was a teacher of the law.
Anyway, I’m doing my best to get back into this and hope to start creating more entries for my collection of fish.
